MATTA RECOMMENDED SERVICE FEES GUIDELINES

Flight Reservations & Ticketing

1 Sale of Air Tickets (per ticket issued)
a) Int＊l: Net + 9% (Effective from 01.01.2008)
b) Dom: Net + 7% (Effective from 01.01.2008)
(min. fee RM75 for Int＊l and RM40 for Dom tickets)

2 Redemption of Frequent Flyer Mileage (Air tickets and Upgrades) = RM100.00

3 Revalidation, Reissue or Rerouting (per passenger) = RM75.00

4 Processing of refunds/cancellations *(Not inclusive of cancellation fees,
& refund charges imposed by airlines) =  RM100.00 (Int'l)  & RM30.00 (Dom)

5 Non-refundable deposits for Confirmed Flight Reservation (per passenger) = RM50.00

6 Internet Reservation (per passenger/transaction) = RM30.00

7 Fax or Internet Check-in (per passenger/transaction) = RM30.00

8 Reconfirmation of Flights (per passenger/per Airlines) = RM20.00

9 Lost Ticket Admin Fee (per ticket excluding airline cancellation
or administration charge) Not valid for E-ticket = RM100.00 (Int'l) &  RM100.00 (Dom)

B Submission of Passport & Visa Application
(Visa fees not included)

a) Submission for Normal Visa Application = RM50.oo /passenger
b) Complex Visa Application + Super Urgent = RM100 / passenger

C Delivery or Collection of Travel Documents
1. Within CBD: (0 - 25km) = RM10.00

     Outside CBD: (26 km - 50 km) = RM20.00
     Outside CBD: (above 51 km) = RM50.00

2 Urgent Delivery Normal delivery charge + RM50.00
3 Services Provided after office hours, on weekend, public holidays, emergency deliveries At Agent＊s Discretion

D Booking Fees for Other Services
1 Booking Fee for Hotels, Car Rentals, & Other Services = 10% of Invoice
(Min RM30.00)

2 Booking Fee for Car / Airport Transfer
(not inclusive of actual transfer cost, type and model of vehicle, distance and time)
= RM20.00 (plus cost of transfer)

3 Meet and Greet Services  = RM200.00 / passenger

4 Credit Card  Charge At 3%
